A Museum Pass Agreement must be signed prior to borrowing each museum pass.

A museum pass must be returned by the return time on the due date to the Reference Department. If a pass is returned after the return time, the late charge is $10.00 and $10.00 for each additional day. The pass may not be placed in the book drop. If it is returned in the book drop, a $10.00 fine will be charged to the patron.

If a reserved pass is not picked up at the library on the first full day of the loan period, the reservation will be cancelled, and it will be made available to another borrower. If a pass has been reserved but cannot be used, the patron should call the library to cancel the reservation. The library reserves the right to refuse future reservations for any borrower who fails to pick up passes as reserved, with or without prior notice.

In the event that a pass is not returned within a week, necessitating the purchase of a replacement pass, the full replacement cost of that pass will be charged to my record. If a pass is lost, the patron will be responsible for the full replacement cost of that pass. The cost will be added to the patron record. If a family loses two passes, museum pass privileges will be revoked.

It is the patron's responsibility to call the museums directly for information, current exhibits, hours of operation, parking and/or directions. Each museum reserves the right to determine the rules and regulations governing the use of the museum pass. The museum pass may not provide admission to all exhibits at the museum.

The library cannot guarantee a pass will be available on the reservation date, since it depends upon the cooperation of patrons to return passes on time.

The library may revoke the use of the passes by a family in the event of abuse of the passes. Late charges and fines will be strictly enforced so the library can make the museum passes available to the widest number of patrons.
